Fees

We are offering a variety of formats to support our families during the COVID-19 Pandemic:

Video sessions are recommended as a primary form of service delivery during these unprecedented times.  However, we do offer in person-options for children in which video is not a feasible option. 

• Video sessions via a privacy compliant platform available for all services
• In-Person Home Visit sessions with precautions available for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy
• In-Person Clinic sessions with precautions available for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy

All services are based on a $140 per hour rate which fall within the recommended fees mandated by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

Cancellation policy:   24 hours notice is requested otherwise a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled missed visit will be applied.  NOTE:  cancellations due to COVID19 related symptoms will not be charged.  Please note that it is at the therapist’s discretion as to whether you appointment time slot will be held due to repeated cancellations in order to accommodate families on our waitlist.
